Born in 1981 in Pavlodar. Graduated from T. Ryskulov Kazakh Economic University with a degree in Finance and Credit. Holds an MBA (Executive MBA) from International Business School.

Since 2002, he has been working in the field of economics and public policy. Held leadership positions at the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Industry and Trade, JSC «Center for Trade Policy Development», and JSC «Institute of Economic Research».

Since 2024 - President of the PharmMedIndustry of Kazakhstan Association. Since 2025 - owner of the online publication EconomyKZ.

Has over 20 years of experience in economic policy, foreign trade, and cooperation with international organizations.
